- Travel, parking, or permission charges may apply for certain locations.
- Weather-dependent or outdoor add-ons may need a backup plan; we will advise you.
- Props and equipment must be used as instructed by our crew.
- We may photograph setups for portfolio use unless you opt out in writing.
- Cancellations and refunds follow the policy shared at the time of booking.
- For disputes, decisions made in good faith by Book UR Surprise will apply.
